Coupons

When booking onto a course you will have the option to apply a coupon code after your have chosen your tickets.

The use of a coupon will bypass the online card payment process and alternative payment arrangements will be made with the delegate depending upon the coupon. 

Please note the booking will remain provisional until payment has been received.

To use a Coupon click on ‘Click here to enter your code’.

Enter the coupon code.

• If you are employed by Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, you can use the coupon code NUTH at the checkout to make a provisional booking and you will need to arrange access to in-house development funding. Your booking will remain provisional until your request has been validated with a funding/study leave reference

• To request an invoice, the coupon code is Invoice

• If your organisation has an agreement with the Newcastle Clinical Skills Academy for delegate places on a specific course use the course specific coupon which will be noted on the course booking page. For example The 4Ps Research Development Programme has the coupon 4Ps.

In the above example the Invoice coupon code has been entered, then click the Apply Coupon button.

If successful the following message will appear.

If the coupon code is not valid the following message will appear.

The coupon code will set the payment required by card to £0, so that the online card payment is bypassed as alternative arrangements for payment are being made.

If the alternative arrangements are not confirmed an online card payment will be required otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
