When booking a place on a course you can make an online card payment.
The Newcastle Clinical Skills Academy uses secure, online payment system Stripe to make the process as easy and secure as possible.
Here you can use debit or credit cards and our website complies with all Data Protection requirements.
When making an online card payment your booking will be confirmed immediately.
Invoice
We do accept invoicing arrangements if you are from an organisation which has agreed to cover your fees. This may also apply to group bookings.
If you wish to make payment via invoice at the point of checkout please use the coupon code Invoice. Your booking will remain provisional until payment is received.
If you request an invoice at the point of booking, the invoice must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date, or 7 days before the date of the event unless a different date is specified on the course booking page.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel a booking in the case of non-receipt of payment prior to the day of the course and an admin fee may be applicable.
When using the Invoice coupon you will be asked to send the following information via email:
- Official name of organisation
- Address of organisational department to receive the invoice (eg Accounts Payable)
- An email address to send the invoice to
- Reference/Purchase order your organisation requires to be quoted on the invoice.
Please note it is the delegate’s responsibility to ensure that they follow their own organisation’s financial protocols and ensure that the appropriate funding is in place prior to making a booking.
Organisational agreements
The Newcastle Clinical Skills Academy can arrange a variety of agreements covering payment of course fees. If your organisation has an agreement with us, they will be listed on the course booking page.
To access the benefits of our organisations’ reciprocal agreement please use the coupon code provided. This will be given on the course booking page.

If you are a member of the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s staff there are a range of funding opportunities available.
