This two-day course will teach the different methods of wound debridement, with a special focus on conservative sharp debridement, facilitated by the Newcastle Hospitals’ Tissue Viability Team with guest speakers from Dermatology, Plastics, Podiatry and from Newcastle University.

This 5 day course aims to provide learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage the care of a patient with congenital heart disease throughout their lifetime, allowing healthcare professionals to develop vital skills and knowledge to manage the care of patients with complex anatomy and physiology.
